Little Bitty Alan Jackson at Scrap It With A Song!

ARGH... a major blog deletion happened... ARGH... I hope I've recovered all the details! Here goes:

This week at Scrap it With a Song our inspiration has gone country! The Pop Gals team have gone country taking inspiration from Alan Jackson's song "Little Bitty"! Here's the music clip...

and the Little Bitty Lyrics

My Little Bitty creation for you:

Ingredients used: Cardstock - Bazzill; Papers, Rub Ons, Cream Pearls, Purple Rhinestones - Kaisercraft; Ribbon Trim - Value Craft...

The picture (my grandmother and two of the great grandchildren!) is double mounted, and is corner clipped, with rhinestones. The next paper layer bears a rub on sentiment ...Remember life's Treasures are People, not Things... (wonderful words to live by, don't you think)...  also trimmed with lace.

Added in the lower third, is a strip of fluffy ribbon trim, adorned with pearls, and a border strip.  All papers are from the Kaisercraft "Lilac Avenue" range of double sided co-ordinating papers.  Yummy!

Also entered in challenges at:
Incy Wincy #95 Lavender and Lace
ECP Challenges - #38 Pretty Pastel Colours
If the Shoe Fits...Scrap It! #80 Clean and Simple (no distressing, or fancy techniques today!)
Polka Doodles - Anything But A Card ('Tis a 12x12 layout)

We would love for you to share your "Little Bitty" inspiration with us at Scrap It With A Song!
