Here is my creation for the week, using a wonderful Apron image from A Day for Daisies....Other ingredients: Cardstock - Kaisercraft, SU!; Decorative Paper - Kaisercraft; Chalk - Pebbles Inc; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Yellow Marker - Marvy; Pearls - Kaisercraft; Mini Brads - Craft Affair; Organza Ribbon, Fabric Blossom, Lace scrap...
I coloured the image with chalks for a very delicate shade, adding more colour to the bodice and pockets for a little contrast. I used Stardust pens for the ribbon ties and edging. Then I fussy cut the image.... tricky were the thin parts! I added lace scraps to trim the bodice and skirt hem, and brads to the pockets. I coloured a white fabric blossom with a yellow marker, allowed it to dry, then gixed it with a brad. I created the layers, and fixed them together, with the image on top. added the pearl trim, and an organza ribbon bow, then fixed it to the card. I think it has a bit of a retro feel...

Very pretty Pauline, I love the apron image. Wow, I hadn't even noticed the lace you added until I read your description. Great addition That's some impressive cutting you did there!! Mine would have been all bent up and ragged!
