Ingredients: Cardstock - Cre8tiv; Paper - a magazine freebie; Marker - Marvy; lace; Rhinestones - Kaisercraft; Pink Satin Ribbon Flower; Threaded Pearls.
I found this wonderful purple snowflake paper and built my card around it - I had to use it! I cut and measured, measured and cut, and created many layers, and edged them with a purple marker. The wee small square layers were assembled, the ribbon flower was pierced through the centre, along with the threaded pearls - they are only affixed at that one point, which gives them great movement and they sit away from the card.
I added a lace border and the rhinestones to the wee topper before fixing it in place on the card. I think this may be the first non Christmas card I've made in the last month!

Pauline, this card is so pretty! I LOVE all the layers and that snowflake paper is gorgeous. Very detailed, you can tell that you spent some time on this card! Beautiful!!
