Rhapsody in Blue (and Green and Cream)

Okay, so not an inventive post title!

The challenge over at For Fun Challenges this week is to create along the colour combination of Green, Cream and Blue. I'm not sure I've ever created with that combo before!

Using a Digi Doodle Shop image (love those vintage ladies!) I created this Thank You card:

Ingredients: Cardbase; Patterned Cardstock; Old Set  Subtle SU! Markers; Promarker Aqua (Sienna);  Clear Star Stardust Pen; Thank You Sentiment; Pearls...

I printed, coloured and fussy cut the image.  (Fussycut wasn't my intention. I had her trimmed square, with her dress hem flowing over the square, but I coloured in a wrong spot, so out it came!) I used a co-ordinating DCWV cardstock set for a background in what I call a "wallpaper effect", and mounted in on blue.    After fixing the card together, I added pearls at her neck, and the card corners.  Then I added Clear Star glitter pen to her fan, feathers and bodice detail.  Finally, I placed the sentiment.

I'm also entering this card at these challenges:
Aud Sentiments Challenges - Anything Goes (8/5)
Dream Valley Challenges - #31 For A Special Lady (11/5)
Made Especially for You - Follow the Colour Combo (5/5)

Can I call this a CAS Vintage creation? Thanks for peepin'!
