I used the Walk By Faith digi image. I don't have a real shoe fetish, but I do like digi shoes!
Ingredients: Off White cardbase; Patterned and Plain Papers; Glaze pens; Glitter pens; Apricot Pearls; Gold Organza Ribbon; Buttons!

I printed and trimmed the image to size, and set to colouring. The actual image used, has dots over it... which is the 'map' I used for the button placement. I trimmed papers to frame the image, and before adhering them all together, I added a faux bow * to the top corner. After fixing the layers to the card base, I added pearls to the corners.
I wouldn't wear pink and purple shoes in a 'pink fit', not would I wear such heels! But I'd give shoes covered in buttons a good go! Mmm... maybe another crafty project to think of! I thought that all the ocloured buttons would clash, but when I found the patterned paper, I like it together. And I thought that shoes in such outrageous colours really suited the sentiment... We walk by Faith, not by Sight.... and seriously... it really doesn't matter WHAT shoes we wear, as long as we're going in the right direction!

This is fantastic Polly! I love how you used your buttons and even if we close our eyes, He is still leading!
