More Design Team Families...
I am honoured and blessed to have been part of these design teams, of digital stamp artists, challenge blogs, and to have been a Guest Designer. Thank you for the experience of creating with and for, and with, such creative and beautiful people!
This week at the Glitter GeekChallenge Blog, our challenge is PETS ... an all encompassing theme, we love our animals! We are sponsored this week by Joanna Sheen...so it will be a fab prize for the winner!
Ingredients: White cardbase; Decorative papers; Stardust Glitter Pens; White Lace; Green Ribbon; Lace Flower; Ice Stickles; Gold Metallic Pen...
I'm definitely enjoying a stint of clean and uncluttered cards at the moment. I'm using a lot of white card bases! This card features layers of green plain and yellow patterned papers between layers of white card. The image is one I couldn't resist, from Cuddly Buddly Crafts. I didn't have a pony or horse as a child, but I loved this image!
As the image was precoloured, I've accentuated parts of it by adding stardust glitter pens to the frame, flowers and sun, glaze pens to the wee ladybugs, and a touch of chalk on the pony. To the image layer (before everything was fixed together) I added piece of white lace, and a wonderfully textured ribbon, on which I had sewn a white lace daisy. The daisy actually comes from a lace ribbon of daisies.... really sweet! I added some Ice Stickles to the daisy, for a bit of sparkle, and coloured the centre with a gold metallic pen.
I hope you'll visit us at Glitter Geeks to see our Design Team's inspiration pieces, and then join us in our Myths and Legends challenge.... Thanks for peepin'!

I create from the heart... or I wouldn't be crafting! Handcrafted creations are never 'not good enough' ... I share my creations on my blog not to receive praise, but to share part of my self and because I love crafting. I love that the blogging world brings so many like minded, yet diverse people together!
