More Design Team Families...
I am honoured and blessed to have been part of these design teams, of digital stamp artists, challenge blogs, and to have been a Guest Designer. Thank you for the experience of creating with and for, and with, such creative and beautiful people!
This week at the Glitter GeekChallenge Blog, our challenge is MYTHS AND LEGENDS ... we challenge you to create something along our Myths and Legends theme...and there sure is a lot of inspiration! We are sponsored this week by The Cutting Cafe...
Ingredients: White cardbase; Green Decorative papers; Promarkers; Stardust Glitter Pens; Metallic Pens, Decorative Chalks; Green Rhinestones, Gold Peel Offs...
This week I chose a Dustin Pike image of a Sir Knight and his Steed. Too cute! I coloured the bear and horse with a promarker and water pen, with the rest coloured with glitter pens. I used metallic pens for his armour. I also added a snippet of a curly gold peel off to his shield.
I chalked in a background scene, hopefully resembling the ground, bushes and sky with clouds. I trimmed and mounted the image layer on three layers of green. Then all fixed to the cardbase, and some rhinestones to the corners to finish. Oh and there is a wee champagne coloured rhinestone at the steed's bit.
I hope you'll visit us at Glitter Geeks to see our Design Team's inspiration pieces, and then join us in our Myths and Legends challenge.... Thanks for peepin'!
(It's official.... any post that I save as a draft, screws up. Thank you blogger. It adds line breaks, shrinks the text, and won't allow me to move graphics. SO much for an easy interface!)

I create from the heart... or I wouldn't be crafting! Handcrafted creations are never 'not good enough' ... I share my creations on my blog not to receive praise, but to share part of my self and because I love crafting. I love that the blogging world brings so many like minded, yet diverse people together!
