Cluck Cluck!

I love SNB images - especially birdie ones!  This is no exception, and is a new image called Cluck Cluck.

Ingredients:  Cardstock - Kaszazz, DCWV; Stardust pens - Sakura; Chalk - Pebbles Inc; Rhinestones - Kaisercraft; Organza/Velvet Ribbon - Cherry...

This image reminded me of a fabric patchwork chicken, with all it's I kept it's colouring bold and to minimum of 3 - red, yellow and orange (glitter pens of course).  I used multiple layers of coloured and white cardstock to create depth and red faux stitching to detract from the white and pink/red of the cardstock.  I loved the spots so much I carried it on through the textured cardstock, and two layers of organza/velvet ribbon!

This card is entered into challenges at:
Kaboodle Doodles - #85 Lots of Layers (26/9)
Crafty Boots - Things with Wings (2/10)

Thanks for peepin'!

Hi Pauline! Thanks for the changed format now I can leave you some comments.
I love the bright colours in your card. His birdie tail is great with gems. The faux stitching does add great depth to the card!

Hi there,

Thanks to Anna’s great Practical Magic blog party website I know that you are taking part in the event. I have pondered how to participate and thought it would be neat to post anonymously people’s thoughts and/or secrets regarding the movie. Sites which inspired me are:

Post Secret
Walt Disney Confessions

Those thoughts or secrets could e.g. be “I have already watched the movie 1,000 times,” “I wish I had a sister like Gilly,” “The aunts’ house is my dream house,” “I have dreamt about Jimmy” etc. Anything which comes to your mind when you think of “Practical Magic.”

If you feel like helping me out, be sure to send me your thought/secret as soon as possible at Of course, I handle each “confession” anonymously. And – please nothing x-rated!

Greetings from Germany,
