In the Northern Hemisphere, at least! Here down south, our students don't have their winter break until end of June/July (for a fortnight... that's 2 weeks for those up north!).

For Fun Challenges our challenge has an END OF SCHOOL theme... we're sponsored by the fabulous Di at
Di's Digi Downloads, and had some awesome images to create with! I used a wonderful background stamp, but used it as the focal image....
Ingredients: Cardstock - Kaszazz; Paper - Creative Memories; Markers - Promarkers; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Metallic Pens - Signo; Water Pen -Aquash
I've gone for an embellishment free creation this week - focusing entirely on colouring. The image background is coloured with a waterpen and Promarkers. Al the flowers in the foreground are coloured with Stardust pens, and metallic gel pens (flower centres), along with stardust pens ... so there is lots of sparkle.
I've just used bright colours for the layers, and a funky green cardbase. No nips, tucks, bling or jangles, just a flat card. But nice and bright for Summer - especially warming since our cold winter has already started.... just dandy, days with top temperatures of 9 degrees Celcius!
