It's Easter at For Fun Challenges

We've an Easter theme for you at this week's challenge at For Fun Challenges...we had some fabulous images to play with this week, from our wonderful sponsor Di - Di's Digi Downloads - and what a generous prize for our winner.... FIVE (5) digi images! 

My creation for you this challenge use's Di's "Daisychain Bunny" image..

Other Ingredients: Square Embossed Cardbase - Portacraft; Markers - Marvy Le Plume; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Water Pen -Aquash

I've gone for an embellishment free creation this week - focusing on colouring and whitespace, something I don't normally do!  The image is coloured with Marvy markers (and water pen), along with stardust pens ... so there is lots of sparkle.  I couldn't decide if bunny was bare, or holding a heart beneath the daisy chain.  Since Easter is all about love, I opted for the Heart, and coloured it a sparkly red!

The image was trimmed square, and I fussy cut around the flowers at the base and up the sides, so that the flowers would sit on the outside of the card's square aperture.  I brushed the embossed frame, leaves and butterflies with markers, to have a really watercolour look - it isn't detailed or precise.
