Follow The Star...

Are you in a Christmas mood yet?  I'm headed that way... it's funny how all the Christmas songs focus on snowmen, winter wonderlands and one horse open sleighs..... we have none of those in an Australian Christmas.... well, we have the songs, but certainly no snow at Christmas!

Anyway, I wanted to share with you a delightful Christmas image from StretchNBubbles, it's called FOLLOW THE STAR, and is available in the SNB shop right  now...

Ingredients used: Follow The Star image - SNB; Patterned Cardbase - DCWV Linen Closet range; cardstock - Cre8tiv; Glaze Pens, Stardust Pens - Sakura; Gold and Irridescent Glitter Glues - Papermania; Glitter Sentiment - Upikit.

I cheated a little, and coloured the sky and star before printing - my colouring isn't that seamless!  When completely dry, I coloured the Snowman's nose with glaze pen, and his scarf and buttons with Stardust pens.  After mounting the image, and the sentiment on blue, I fixed them to the cardbase.  I added glitter glue to the star, then dotted irridescent glitter glue (my favourite!) across the night sky... there's lots of sparkle!
