SNB Blog Hop!

Hi there, and HAPPY CHRISTMAS! In August? At SNB, we're making a start on our creations for Christmas! Welcome to the StretchNBubbles Christmas Block Blog Hop....we're hopping from August 29 through to September 1st!

If you came here from Lynn's blog you're in the right place. If you stumbled upon this hop by accident, go to the SNB blog and start there. Alison is in the Christmas Spirit and has created a whole new line of fun Christmas Block images. Be sure to visit each blog in the hop to see the whole set. I have used the Present Christmas Block image.

Ingredients used for my card: Cardstock, pearls, rhinestone - Kaisercraft; Markers - Bic; Stardust Glitter Pen, Glaze Pen - Sakura; Metallic Threads (Red, Gold Green) - Madeira.

I have created the card using layers of patterned and plain cardstock, with a BIG printed image of the Present. The image is coloured with Green Glitter pen, and the red ribbon is Glaze pen (as are the surrounding dots). I added a rhinestone at the bow, and three stitches of metallic threads (the positioning was guided but following the image detail). To finish off, I added some lovely large pearls....
