Happy Faces at OPH

The challenge this week at One Powerful Hour is to create a card inspired by "Put on a Happy Face".  Immediately to my mind came the song, and that wonderful music from the 1920s and 30s..... which of course you MUST dance to, so here is my creation.....

Ingredients used: Vintage image (photo printed),  Cardstock (Metallic Pink, Brown), Deco Paper (Polka Dots), Lace, Champagne Rhinestones.

I just love this image. I love the music and grace of the 20s and 30s, the guys in suits, the dresses, the hair, the pleasantries... and the dance halls. Such a shame I missed them by about 50 years!

Thanks for peeping..... Grey skies are gonna clear up....

hugs and blessings,
Pauline

I'm going to have to go look up the song...I love the direction you went with this...it is fresh to not see an actual smiling face, but Ican imagine your smiley face as you created your piece!

Thanks for joining us at One Powerful Hour!
