For Fun Challenge - For Men

This week's challenge at For fun Challenges is for the Man in your life.... or A man in your life... in the US it s approaching Father's Day, but here in Australia we celebrate it the first Sunday in September.  The challenge this week can be for any occasion for Your Man!  Or no occasion.... just as I chose... see here!

Ingredients used: Bazzill cardstock (brown and red), a photo-printed vintage valentine postcard (will add source when confirmed),  a vintage fabric square, brown chalk ink, brown brads,  cross-stiched ribbon, diamente buckle.

I trimmed the image to replicate it's torn edges, inked the image and the red mat edges, adhered them off centre, and set them aside. I folded the cardbase, then created a middle layer of red, and fabric.  I adhere layers of ribbon, adding a buckle at the bottom.  The image topper was placed amongst the ribbon and fixed.

This card is for my husband - he is cowboy/western crazy.  It suits him to a tee - or should I say teepee?  (bad pun) So head on over and join in the challenge at For Fun!

hugs and blessings,
