For Fun - Pick Your Challenge!

This week at For Fun Challenges... you can choose your poison, so to speak! There are 4 challenges: you can pick one of three single challenge choices, or mix them all! Yikes!

1- color- pink or red, green, blue and yellow
2- sketch #2
3- technique card. Step card.
4. Be brave mix ALL 3. See what turns out.

How brave are you? I wimped out... I picked to do only the colour challenge..... and here is my creation:

Ingredients used: Birdhouse image (from Hobby Paleis), Mark-It markers, Sakura Glaze pens (dark green, orange), Sakura Stardust Pens (yellow, red, black), orange brads, pink fabric blossoms.

The birdhouse forms the card front, while the folded cardbase is adhered behind, and trimmed to fit the shape of the birdhouse. After colouring and trimming the image, I jazzed the birds with yellow stardust pens, the heart with red stardust, and the outer faux stitches with black stardust. I topped the smaller leaves with a dark green glaze pen, and the bird beaks with orange glaze pens, to add dimension. I fixed blossoms with brads on the roof (the image does have flowers there) et voila!

Check out the For Fun Challenge blog for more information on this week's challenge... we'd love to have you play along!

Pauline
