Kitty Claus!

I have friends who love cats... I mean really love cats.  So I had to make cards that reflected cats - I mean they always send me cards with cats!

So here are my Kitty Claus cards.  They are flat cards, without the bulky embellishment that I might normally do, because they are to be posted.  Our postal sorting machines LOVE to eat lumpy cards! And since I love to re-find, re-make or "use items for purposes other than what they were originally designed for:.. and needed flat cards to post, I used Christmas gift cards, that I had bought for the purpose of cutting down and using and card toppers. I usually jazz them up a bit with glitter, brads, beads, buttons etc.... I decided to add glitter AFTER I had scanned them, so none of the cards will show the glitz! 

Being a bit short on time, the cards I made today have used DCWV preprinted cards, and I'll share the others later.  The card box has some patterns that are gorgeously retro... which I just love!

The first card here, is just a double mounted topper, on the premade spotty CS.  The bauble topper was a cut down gift card, and I used a silver gel pen to add a baubl string, and faux stitches.  I then went on to continue adding the stitches to quite a few spots as well.

The next card is a different topper, and just triple matted.
