My Doodle Palace Challenge Card

Now that My Challenge #10 has been announced, I can finally share what I have made! Pop on over to Doodle Palace, have a look at this week's challenge, and join in the fun!

It is a large cardbase, A5 in size (21x15cms) in pearl finish.  I have used a Doodle Palace image "Cake" and coloured it with Twinking H2Os, and irridescent glitter. I have stitched on wee little flowers with pearl centres, that I also tinted with the H20s, and added adhesive pearls as well.   I matted the image with layers of brushed gold and embossed pearly cream card, adding two framed edges with gold glitter border stickers.  To finish it off, I stitched on a white bow that has been Glimmer Mist'ed, with dangles of pearl hearts on gold thread.

I guess it could also be an anniversary card, but I have used it as a wedding card, for my cousin who was married on Saturday.

Happy Days everyone!
