Double Trouble!

Argh! I hate it when things don't go to plan! I had to rush out this morning, got kept out later than I hoped for, so I didn't get home in time to load this creation up and link to the Lacy Sunshine #3 Challenge, so I missed out on entering it the challenge! Argh!  But I will share it anyway, and it fits into Challenge #4 as well!

It uses a cute dinosaur image from Lacy Sunshine.

I don't get much call for boy cards, but I thought this image would be great, and since the challenge was to show two/doubles, I imagined two dinos having a tug of war!

I printed the image with the text above and below, and printed another image same size, but flipped horizontally.  I coloured them with markers keeping to greens and neutrals. The background has been chalked in a few different greens.  The image on the right has been fussy cut, and added to the image layer with foam tape to raise it.  I tied the dino horns to each other by stitching thread around them and linking them together. Tug of war... bring it on!

The image layer was simply matted with three layers of paper, and fixed to a white cardbase.  I added green  rhinestones to the four corners of the image layer.
