10 Weeks of Gratitude!

I can't believe I've been able to stick to a weekly challenge, specifically, for 10 weeks!  The Gratitude Journal Challenge has really encouraged and inspired me... another reason for my gratitude!

The Scripture for this week  was Psalm 103:1 ... I love it!  It oozes gratitude and thanks.  I will endeavour to add the proper credit for the digi text's creator here .

My 8x8 journal page uses a fabulous new-ish image from Dearie Dolls ... I love the image whether she is reaching to hug you, or offering thanks, I love it!

I layered her on a background of digi paper from TLC Creations, and added the scripture, in blue.

I'm not one for blue... I don't know why, but blue is probably the colour that least appeals to me.  I did like the constrast of the blue image on the yellow paper, so I felt comfortable using blue!  I clearly went layer crazy. The image layer, the base page, and 4 layers of card and paper inbetween!

I'm also sharing this at Word Art Wednesday #71 ....

Come join us in the hosted challenge at Inspired Stamps (thank you Antoinette for providing us with such inspiring scriptures!) ...thanks for peepin'!
