There is still time to join in this week's challenge, so here all that you need to know! The theme is HAND IN HAND ... we challenge you to create something that goes Hand in Hand, things that go together.... Peaches and Cream. Diamonds and Pearls. Wine and Roses. Fish and Chips! What can you come up with?
We are sponsored by Bees Knees Crafty Creations. Helen is offering our winner a prize of £15 worth of Stampin' Up! goodies!
With my brain rattling around like an old W Class tram, I picked a pair. I mean a pear. I mean a pair of pears...well, pairs go together, don't they? Pairs of Pears?
Ingredients: White cardbase; decorative papers (yellow, green); Glitter pens; Water Pen; Apricot Pearls...
This is a Clean And Simple card, purely because I think the image and matching sentiment need nothing more. I used a light green for the leaves, and a golden yellow for Ms Pear. For Mr Pear, I coloured him initially with the same yellow, then smooshed a wash of green over parts of him. Although the colours look fab here, the glittery sheen sadly doesn't show...
I hope you'll join us in our challenge at Glitter Geeks this week.... Thanks for peepin'!
(And what is up with Blogger!!!! It rotates all my images 90 degrees right when I upload. I have to go back and rotate my images 90 degrees left so they display upright! Blogger, if you're listening, your new interface is revolting, now get your act together!!!)
