Welcome to Wicked Wednesdays ATCs!

I was thrilled to be asked to join the Design Team for a new ATC challenge blog ...

As the name suggests, Wicked Wednesday ATCs are new challenges posted on Wednesdays, and are for ATCs only - Artist Trading Cards, being 2.5 x 3.5 inches in size. Each week, our challenge winner will receive the sponsor's image that is displayed by our design team.   I haven't created ATCs in ages, so I thought it would be a great challenge for me too!

Our first challenge is live... the theme is ALL ABOUT YOU. Your creation should represent you.... this week we are sponsored by Just Some Lines - we played with and adorable image...

Ingredients: Purple Textured Cardstock; Deco Chalks; Pink Chalk Ink; Promarkers; Water Pen; Glaze Pens; Matt Gel Pens, Pink Adhesive Pearls...

I combined the image and background - I layered the sponsor image over a background image I had and printed on one layer. I coloured the image with markers and water pen, and with gel pens, adding glaze pens for a dimensional flower.  When all was dry, I added chalks to intensify the background, and added chalk ink to the edges.  I then added it to the purple ATC base, and added pearls to the corners.

This represents me in a number of ways - I love purple, vintage (background), flowers, pearls, and I'd love to be thin! LOL
