This is a flattie... embellishment free... I've coloured the image with stardust glitter pens, and used glaze pen to simulate a wet look for the water. I like that it was a clean and bold image, so that's how I dressed it... simply with a layer/mat of gold embossed red paper, and it is on a white pearl cardbase. (The outer red border is added to the image to show the edge of the card!) Thanks for peepin'!
