Upside Down? Right Side Up?

While in absentia from my blog, I managed to create very little.  Not productive at all..... but here for you is a creation using an SNB image/sentiment, Right Side Up.... too - hoo cute....

Ingredients:  Cardstock - DCWV, scrap; Markers - Marvy Le Plume; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Ink - Colourbox; Chocolate Pearls - Kaisercraft.

I repeated and rotated (flipped) the image, and centered the sentiment between (is that a sentiment sandwich?).  I coloured the images with a water pen and markers, using neat markers for the leaves, and the owl's wings use stardust pens (gotta have glitter!).

Before fixing the paper layers, I edged the image sheet in antique gold ink... barely noticable, but finishes it nicely.  With such a large filling image, I didn't embellish much, rather leaving the image to do the talking.

Although I think it's more a masculine card, I've made it for a friend who really cracks me up... she always makes me laugh when we're together, which isn't often as she lives interstate.

This card is entered in the Charisma Cardz #16 Challenge - Jokes and Laughter.

Thanks for peepin'!
