Still in Christmas Mode...

This week is an Anything Goes challenge at the Michelle Perkett Studio blog ... so show us what you've got!  I chose to use the MPS image Tia the Holiday Fairy.....still a bit Christmassy, but just so sweet!

Ingredients: Cardstock - Rosies; Holly Paper - mag freebie;  Markers - Le Plume; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Rhinestones - Kaisercraft; Gliitter Glue - Papermania; Crochet Ribbon.

I printed and cropped the image to my required size, and coloured her skin with marker, and coloured the flowers, hair and shoes with Stardust Pens. I then coloured the white of her dress, her legs and wings with Glitter Glue.  I also added silver metallic pen to her wings.  I matted the image on red, then with the holly paper, and fixed it to the cardbase. I then added a strip of ribbon to the side of the card, and added some rhinestones to the corners.  I left her lips and the fluffy parts of the image untouched, so they were pure white, and stand out a little from the rest.
This card is also entered in the first challenge at Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge - Anything Goes.

So, to play along with our challenge this week, you just need to use an MPS image. The whole treasure trove of images is available for purchase from Michelle's etsy store, but, there are many freebies lurking in the depths at CDAC, and the Paper Craft Planet group. The winner of this challenge will receive an image of their own choice from Michelle's etsy store... we look forward to seeing your creations! Thanks for peepin'!
