A Recipe For Fun!

I blame being sick this week .... I neglected to put up a post! Good thing it made the challenge blog on time though.... Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to create a card from this recipe....

1 image, 2 buttons or brads, 3 papers

Then share it with us at For Fun Challenges! Here is my creation for you...

Ingredients: Cardstock - Bazzill; Papers - magazines freebies; Pearly Chalks - Pebbles Inc; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Big Pearl Brads; Rhinestone - Kaisercraft.

I whoopsied and printed the image larger than I had intended.... but isn't it a magificent image! It's a freebie from Create with TLC.... Paulette has amazing freebies....it will take you ages to see them all, and the most amazing creativity she pours into her own designs.... I urge you to go see and treat yourself!

So my card became square out of necessity.  I trimmed the three paper matts, and fixed them with DS tape, added the brads, then added them to the cardbase.  I then coloured the image with chalks, and added stardust glitter pens at the floral neckline to add glitz.  When fixing the image to the card, I fixed the left and right of her dress flat, and used foam tape beneath her head down the middle of the image to give it some 'body' depth... I hope it shows here!  Leaving a bare neckline, I added a rhinestone to her dress.  Voila!
