Don't Rain on My Parade

The challenge for the latest at Scrap It With A Song..... Don't Rain On My Parade.  What a great show tune!  The clip on the blog is from Glee.... I will admit the show really griped me in the start, but their music choices just seemed to improve and improve.... so I often find myself watching it now!

I have such wonderful in-rain prints of  Bec, but opted to use this one instead... We rarely get any eye contact, but she's so photogenic!

Ingredients:  Cardstock - DCWV, Cre8tiv; Markers - Marvy Le Plume; Rubons - Craft Lovers; Vellum Butterfly Stickers - Stickopotamus; Alpha Stickers - Clover; Blossoms; Vellum Quote; Purple Satin Ribbon; Organza Glitter Ribbon.

I thought this would be a bold photo on a busy background, but I ended up using lots of embellishment!  I've matted the vellum quote and photo and they have been fixed to the page.  I added rubbons to, and around the photo. I layered purple satin and organza ribbons, and the fixed in two blossoms I tinted with Le Plume markers. I added some vellum butterflies all over, and finisehd off by adding Bec's name in clear alpha stickers.  She loves this page.  I love all the pages with her in them... even my flops! Thanks for peepin!
