Whimsy Flowers

I really love the image we had to play with for this week's Designed 2 Delight Challenge.... whimiscal flowers always peak my interest! Here is what I created for the challenge...

Ingredients: Cardstock - Kaisercraft, Cre8tiv, Valuecraft; deco Paper - My Minds Eye; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Teal Pearls, Rhinestones - Kaisercraft.

I wanted to keep this image bold and brash, so I coloured it with Stardust Pens, with a wonderful glitter, and left the background neat.  The image was printed on textured cardstock, and it adds a nice touch (when you can see it! It doesn't really show here).  I placed rhinestones and pearls on the image, where dots already existed - its a wonderfully whimsical image! After constructing the card by fixing the layers together, I decided it needed another touch, so I added faux stitching with a pink-ish Stardust pen.
