Oh Happy Day!

This cute image is called "Oh Happy Day",is a new release from SNB this month, and is available instore now..... I love it - I have a soft spot for flowers! A sweet image for a get well card, or a pick-me-up, I think! I love the worm too (I'm sure he's thrilled at having such feast)!

I'm in a real 'Clean and Simple;' mode at the moment with my cards - probably because I have so much other 'junk' to deal with - my card making is CAS to clear my head! Great therapy.

Ingredients: Cardstock - Kaisercraft, Grant; Paper - My Mind's Eye; Markers - Bic; Glaze Pens - Sakura; Mini brads - Craft Affair.

I printed and coloured the image with markers. I then added glaze pens over the top of the colour to add some 'wet look' dimension and stippled the orange flower centre. The worm was left neat. I trimmed carstock and paper layers to create a mount, the added the trimmed image with foam tape for a complete lift. Knowing that I was adding brads to the mount, I added the brads to the image before I added the foam tape.

Feeling a bit cheeky today, I should send this card to my sister ..... she hates worms! Thanks for peeping!
