MPS Challenge #47 is Girly, with Bling!

This week's challenge at the Michelle Perkett Studios is Girlie With Bling!  Remember you need to use a Michelle Perkett Studio image, that you can find at Michelle’s Etsy store and you never know what freebies you might find at the Crafters Digital Art Center group...the Challenge winner will receive a digital image of their choice from Michelle's Etsy store.

My creation for this week features Michelle's image of ALICE....

Ingredients: Cardstock - Quill, Cre8tiv; Paper - My Mind's Eye; Markers - Bic; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Pearls - Kaisercraft; Threaded Pearls, Ribbon Flowers - market finds.

I really love this Alice image - she  is so sweet and dainty, and I felt she was perfect for a Girly creation!  So of course I had to use pinks, and flowers.  Rather than going bling crazy with rhinestones, I chose to be a little more understated, using pearls and glitter pens on the image... makes for a more dainty look.  I like the crispness of the pink and white, with the floral paper... so I played on it... carrying colours into the image, using gltter on the flowers and hearts.
