Poppin' Chalks For Fun!

This week at For Fun Challenges the challenge set is to create a card using the Chalk Popping technique. A lot of scope for creating....Here is the card I made:

Ingredients used: Cardstock (White,Metallic Blue for the cardbase, SU for the matt), Chalks (SU), Versamark Ink, Stamps (SU), Iridescent Heart Bead

Quite simply, the image was stamped multiple times in versamark ink, and the chalk was applied with a cottonball. Nice and fluffy! I added colour around to dispel the whitespace. I stamped a sentiment, and added that as a separate layer, accenting with a heart bead.  All the layers were fixed together... voila!

Last week at For Fun Challenges, we the Design Team posted our Birthday Card Challenge creations to Helen (challenge owner)for her birthday.  I posted mine on Friday, and was THRILLED to hear that she received it on  Tuesday ... from Australia to the US, in 4 days!  Now surely that is something to celebrate!
