D2D Tweet Friend

Well.... it's official.... my sleep deprivation has a negative effect on me ......yes, of course it makes me tired, but I mean 'negative' as in it works for me in a positive way ..... I actually get more done when I am deprived of my sleep!  Either that, or I'm just delirious!  (I'm a wee bit proud of myself this week, as I seem to have gotten quite a few cards finished, and obligations met.)

I thought that the Designed 2 Delight Digital Stamps Challenge image this week was an absolute delight.... a gorgeous image, with a set of sentiments as well... Faith has really outdone herself!  Thanks Faith! Here is what I created:

Ingredients used: Cardstock (white) Chalks, Cream Gel Pen, Cream Ribbon Lace, White Paper Flower, Cream Mini Brads.

I kept the card simple in layout, as I 'd printed the image large - enough to almost fill the card (it's a folded A5). I could have gone up to a 5x5 or 6x6 square, but I had this layout stuck in my head, and being that I'm quite stubborn, I wasn't going to change!

I've chalked a few cards this week, and loved the texture it brings to the card, without bringing bulk. I can't wait to see what the next D2D Challenge image is....
