Here is my creation for the Flutter By Wednesday Challenge #91.
On a white cardbase I've layered patterned DCWV cardstock, and a pice of Bazzill. I have used an image from Digital 2 4 Tuesday. I've coloured it with H20s, and accented with Stardust pens.
The scrap of lace was white - I've coloured it with Sage H20, just to tint it to the colours I've used.
