SU cardstock was used for the base and mat. DCWV was used for the topper. I've added a mossy ribbon along the bottom, a yellow flower with an MM brad, and a rub-on sentiment. To add a bit of polish, I also pricked holes around the white flowers for texture, and I glimmer-misted the fabric flower.
I coloured the Bear Brothers image with Twinkling H2Os, with areas of browns, and a touches of washed black, to try and added a watercolour texture feel to it, so the image wasn't flat. I've also left some edges of the cut out image lifting from the page, adding a little dimension and some shadow...

Oh those bears look playful! I like how you have the edges of their fur...the dimension in the card is wonderful...
