I had this image printed and in front of me when I saw the first challenge of a New Year card... when I saw the requirement of GLITTER... I knew that I had to glitter the dress.... this is how I came up with the ...New Year, New Dress, I'm Happy... play on a theme.... I mean doesn't a new dress always make a girl happy? And one simply must have a new dress for New Year....
