CBC81 - Belli Challenge

On a blog hop today, I wandered into the Belli Challenge blog .... what a great place! The current challenge is for TAGS.... I had an idea of what I wanted to do with a couple of designs from StretchNBubbles, and was able to incorporate the idea to fit the Belli Tag Challenge. I used the SNB digistamps "Birdhouse" and "Male and Female Owls".

I have coloured all the images with H20s, and added a bit of Stardust pen dazzle on the birdies' beaks.  I have cut and edged all the images, and adhered a folded card behind the 'house' section... so the entire birdhouse swings forward as the front of the card. I have used Kazazz paper (green rustic) for the roof, which I trimmed to match the roof shape, and it adds a little more stability to the card. The  male owl has been printed smaller than the female so he fits into the 'door' of the house, which was cut out and discarded - he is adhered and secure as he is wedged between the house and the folded card (so his bottom doesn't poke out in the card!).   As the theme for the challenge was TAGS (any shape, anyhow, anywhere!) I used Mrs owl as a tag and attached her to the rooftop - she swings freely.

hugs,
Pauline
