My card features Sunbonnet Seamstress #3...
I printed the image twice, nipping the wee birdie out of the second image. I trimmed the full image layer to fit my card base (allowing for matting as per the sketch). I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir markers, and created the layers of my 'spotlighted' birdie, adding pen dots to edge the circle and image layer.I fixed all the layers together, wrapped a scrap of mauve ribbon (waaaah! my last piece of this one!) and secured it, then fixed all to the cardbase.
