It's the fifth week of the month, and that means it's time for a Christmas Challenge at For Fun Challenges!
Our sponsor this week is Michelle Perkett - who designs the most gorgeous images! Goddesses, Angels and Mermaids are her specialty.... pop on over to her blog/etsy store to see her delights! Wow! I created this week with the image "Angel of Hope"....
Ingredients: Cardstock - Portacraft, Grant, Kaisercraft; Markers - ProMarker Aqua, Marvy Le Plume; Stardust Pens - Sakura; Aquash water pen; Ribbon - Cherry; Rhinestones - Kaisercraft
I coloured the image with a water pen and markers, accenting with gold stardust pen for the stars and wing edges, and blue for her dress. I triple matted the image on blue metallic (2 layers) and gold embossed blue sandwiched between. I added rhinestones (love my bling!) and wrapped vintage gold satin- edged organza (what a mouthful!) around a pearlised card layer, to simulate a pressie, and then mounted it all on a pearlised cardbase. Layer on layer on layer....
I do hope you'll join in our Christmas Challenge this week at For Fun Challenges! Our challenge winner will receive the images the Design Team created with.... yum yum, what fun! Thanks for peepin'!
